[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]No one is ever there for me. This is so unfair! The snow leopard cub could easily be seen pouting near the Aubadeclan border, shivering violently due to the cold winds that pricked him at ease. He had been walking for days now, but it felt like months - years, even. He just wanted to go home, but that was impossible since he had no home. He knew his father very vaguely, but he hadn't had a clue as to who his mother was. But now he was out on his own, and that was that.

Shuffledcub was on the search for Aubadeclan, the group that he had decided to join so he wasn't alone. However, this was a challenge. Being blind was not easy, and it only made it more the difficult to find Aubadeclan. Little did he know that he was standing right on the clan's border, but he would find out soon enough.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Just as Shuffy was about to cry his eyes out, he was sent into a relieved state at the sound of someone's voice. Aubadeclan. So he was in the right place? What a relief! The cub couldn't see Modernpaw, but he flashed a light smile in the direction of where the voice came from. "My na-name is Sh-Shuffledcub and I'm he-here to j-jo-join," he stuttered, as usual, and hoped that the Aubadeclanners wouldn't mind letting him become part of their group.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]The blind cub lightened up a bit, a large grin spreading across his face. "Th-thank you!" Wow, he wasn't expecting everyone to be so kind. "If nei-neither of y-you mind c-could you di-direct me t-t-to cam-camp?" There was no way in heck that he would find his own way there. Not a chance.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Shuffledcub walked on over, ears swiveled as he closed his blind optics and listened closely to the announcements. There was nothing that really concerned him, just a few promotions and a demotion. "Co-congrats to th-those p-promoted, and s-sorry to Cro-Crosspaw." The snow leopard didn't know the ex-coordinator very well, but he still felt empathy for them.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Shuffledcub heard voices nearby, and decided that he may as well join the conversation and try to make friends. The blind cub approached the duo, trying hard to imagine what they might look like. To him, he imagined Skywardpaw as a small white kitten, and Aerosky seemed like he would be a bear or something. But that was only based off the sounds of their voices with no other indicators. "He-hey," the snow leopard murmured quietly as he sat among the others, shuffling his paws.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Shuffy came over to only sit down silently, thumping his bushy tail against the ground. He was far from becoming an apprentice - he still had four months until then! But it didn't even matter because the thought of fighting scared him. He would much rather stay a cub then grow up to participate in raids and such.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Well, I guess you could say that Shuffledcub had settled in well. He explored the territory, picked out his cabin, and even decorated it. However, something was missing... What was it?

    Friends.

Ah yes, friends. He needed those. The only problem was that Shuffy was awful at making friends. He leaned towards the shy side and tended to stay near the back of a large crowd. Not only that, but his stutter made in nearly impossible for anyone to understand what he was saying. It was all so hard for this little guy to make a single, simple friend.

    Why couldn't he do it?

Well, he was going to try. The snow leopard cub made his way to the center of camp, swallowing hard out of nervousness. "Uhh... m-meet and gr-greet an-anybody?"

Hopefully he was off to a good start, or somewhat of a good start. First impressions were everything, and the child didn't want anyone to have a bad first impression of him.

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; width: 390px;][justify][font=arial]Paintball? That seemed violent. Shuffy made his way over to the equipment nervously and suited up, glad that he at least had gear to protect him. The child grabbed a paintball gun, feeling slightly guilty to have a weapon in hand, even if it was just for playing. He would certainly hate this game, unlike many others who would enjoy it. I mean, he had a disadvantage and all. He was blind! How would he even know where to shoot at?
